Abstract

Object recognition using computer vision techniques is a necessary process to detect objects in a 3-dimensional image in order to obtain accurate results. By utilizing the color segmentation method with HSV color, it will produce an image segment object in the form of a blob so that it can be detected by the computer. Based on the test results, the color sample will produce a value that will be the reference for the filter range in the segmentation process. In the process, it will be known how many objects were detected according to the specified color.

Abstract

Application developers and users are the main keys to the market's impact on application development. In developing applications, it is necessary to predict applications in the market accurately, accurate prediction results are very important in showing the correct rating and decision making in the selection of new prospective debtors. Tests conducted in this test use a dataset of credit customers from Bank Danamon. This study predicts the smooth payment of credit by combining the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor methods. Predicting the smooth level of credit payments is done by combining the Naïve Bayes algorithm and K-Nearest Neighbor in order to predict the smooth payment of credit in the future, this can be seen from the prediction results obtained by 80%.

Abstract

The empirical approach is a potential candidate along with other engineering-based loss models within the Prompt Assessment of Global Earthquakes for Response (PAGER) system for rapid social and economic loss estimation. In this study, we focused to evaluate the Sinabang earthquake on 7 January 2020 with Magnitude 6.3. The result of this study shown the green alert for shaking related fatalities and economic losses in 65 % from the estimated fatalities and losses in Sinabang.

Abstract

The conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, which began to plague at the end of 2019, brought about major changes to the patterns of interaction in society. Activities that have been carried out directly have begun to shift to activities carried out online. The use of technology, especially in applications for online interaction patterns such as video conferencing applications, is an alternative. The Zoom Cloud Meeting application is widely used by people who initially had doubts about its security system. By implementing end-to-end encryption with AES-256-GCM, it has been able to convince clients on the information security side to keep using the Zoom Cloud Meeting application.

Abstract

Multi - Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis or often referred to as the MOORA method is a method that is often used as a method of decision making that uses optimization techniques to solve complex problems that have many criteria or multi-criteria. The MOORA method has the ability to separate various factors by separating the subjective part of the factors into several decision-making attributes by forming a decision matrix. The decision matrix will be normalized and optimized for each criterion to produce a preference value that can be used as a decision making. This method separates the criteria values ​​that have different characteristics, namely criteria with benefit characteristics (beneficial) from criteria with cost characteristics (not profitable). In this study, an analysis using the MOORA method was carried out on the right product marketing strategy based on various factors, both factors originating from internal and external factors with the aim of determining the strategy that the company will implement in marketing products so that the company has a competitive advantage for win the market from competitors. The results of the analysis show that the differentiation strategy has a higher preference value, namely 56.576497 and the cost leadership strategy with a value of 54.790304 and market segmentation strategies with a value of 53.206742.

Abstract

Village officials who carry out most of the tasks of village heads carried out by village officials are those who assist the Village Head in implementing good governance with village officials who are able to work closely with the village head to advance good human resources. Village officials are important in the village in serving the community. Currently, in Tapian Nauli village, the selection of candidates for the village apparatus is still manual so that services to the community will be hampered. Until now there has not been an effective selection of candidates for village officials for the selection of candidates for the village apparatus Tapian Nauli. Buts Nauli. This system was built using the Additive weighting method so that a simple program that can be done more effectively. Additive weighting simple method one of the methods used in the decision support system with the calculation process by finding the weight value or suitability assessment for each attribute.

Abstract

Marketplace of livestock is engaged in the business of selling and purchasing which broadly has the activities of selling and purchasing animals. Usually have several system admins who work and control an application system by handling also the development of businessmen in the application, including making reports and managing master data. In this study business process observations were made from observations of free-range applications which have become a unique marketplace specifically for livestock. The business process that is happening right now, that an application provides a place for various pet shops to pour their sales business activities in accordance with the dimensions of the animals they sell, on the other hand also receives intensive care services for animal development for farmers. It takes a long time for a common marketplace application to get a service maintenance partner, and time brackets along with maintenance service wages that are proportional to the value of feed prices, an increase in the amount of food, and season conditions for a sales activity there is no precise analysis. Based on the needs of this matter, a design of a new market place application design is needed which is equivalent to a market place in general, which only has the ability to sell and purchase. In the analysis phase of modeling using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), while the design stage uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). The design of this application will be a guideline in implementing software in future research.

Abstract

CV Cipta Grafika is a company engaged in printing, for the raw material needs for printing this company buys in cash or credit. In this study, the researcher will discuss the process of purchasing printing materials on credit, because in this process the existing applications have not provided maximum results, namely, there are often errors in the presentation of data or information. The researcher will create a web-based credit purchase and debt recording system with MySQL as the database. The output of this system is the payment of obligations to the supplier which will be due and the supplier's debt recording report can be monitored. It is hoped that this purchasing and recording system will make the payment process easier, avoid mistakes, and can streamline time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what causes or impacts economic growth in poverty in Indonesia from 2013 to 2018. Economic growth and poverty are very important in seeing the success of a country's development. However, developing countries that are experiencing economic growth such as Indonesia are also accompanied by an increase in the growth of the population living under poverty. Therefore, poverty is also one of the problems in the economy in Indonesia which is complex and multidimensional. In this study, to see how much influence economic growth has on the number of poor people, a simple linear regression is used. The conclusion obtained from this process is that variable X (economic growth) has an influence on variable Y (number of poor people in Indonesia), especially at the provincial level. Simultaneously, economic growth has an influence on the poverty rate in Indonesia by 3,485, while the coefficient is 1,359.

Abstract

Academic information systems are designed to manage academic-related data using computer technology. The quality of the information system helps provide satisfaction for the organization and increases competitiveness, providing added value to STMIK Widuri. To measure the success of a system can apply the success model of Delone and McLean.By testing the system using DeLone and McLean it is known that the STMIK Widuri academic information system as a whole has a good quality system and scores 81.63%.
